My Best MEETin event story ( please only fill in after you have been to an event )
I have so many favorite events. Too many to name, but they all have ONE thing in common. They all had ME there! Why don't you just check out the events I attended. Here are just some of them:

One of the most embarrassing moment was the dinner at Karoun where they have a live show features belly dancing. Laura handed me $5 to tip the dancer and I was teased by the dancer. At this point I turned bright red and the dancer leaned over gave me a big hug and a picture was taken. Of course the Kodak moment made it to the front page of MeetIn.

Another memorable moment came a day later at Jake Ivory's. It was also MiB's Favorite gal Tiffany's birthday. While Tiffany was busy spanking people with her new schoolmarm stick, Nathalie decided to give me a piggy-back ride. She slipped and we both hit the floor hard which I saw some stars and birds for a few minutes. But it was fun...

MiDC peeps also have been a big part of my MEETin journey. I attended one of the first Yours & Mind event at WayneMan's house. Somehow Stephanie roped me in to be the chef for the evening. I thought I was supposed to be the special out-of-town guest, but no, I was laboring in the kitchen with the "Double Crusted Chops". The meal was awesome. On top of that we had some fireworks in the neighborhood turned out to be major shootout. Helicopters were above us within seconds. And the streets closed for a few hours. Cops were also looking for bullet holes on my rental TP Cruiser. It was one interesting MiDC event.

Camping Trip '06 - One of my favorite activity in the summer

"Amazing" and "Awesome" were the only two words we described Sky Diving event. Hosted by MiB's own adrenaline junky Scott. Click here for my video.

Water Chugging Contest against MEETinPhilly while they were in town. The 30oz iced water will give you instant headache. Ethan was one fast chugger!

A night to remember or a night to forget happened at MiB's first FUNdraiser event. The CRAZY FUNdraising Team had some wicked, whacked, mind blowing ideas which included cross-dressing and a VERY SCARY lap dance by our fearless leader Laurent. Again, I was the poor victim. :)

MiB=Non-stop Laughing Good time. Another wicked fun event hosted by Laura is the Re-gifting Yankee Swap right after the holidays. Check out the event pictures and you'll know why.

And how can you forget when a female attendee ask you about your "monkey" at a Pottery Painting event.

Flying Trapeze event hosted by MiB funny girl Colleen. It was so good and I'm ready for some real classes. Here is a video from the event:

Snowshoeing event hosted by Heather who is now in Lincoln, NE. She really got me hooked on snowshoeing. Here is a video from the event:

Snow Tubing hosted by Sherri was fun!

Roller Skating with MEETinAustin was another fun event. There were a bunch of "Bad Ass" Texas Roller Derby babes too.

    Make a PhotoShow Full Size

Scavenger Hunt - Wild Animal Edition was another fun event.

Movie at Red Rocks...The Big Lebowski hosted by Amy and Stephanie, two of the most awesome event planners in MiD was fun! Red Rocks is the most awesome place for concerts and shows.

Jesse looks like a Black Belt in Karate who will fly 30 yards and deliver a life-threatening kick if you mess with him, but he's actually a really friendly guy and organizes fun and varied events

    <-( A-L-I-S-O-N says ;-)
If you're ever driving around Woburn, in search of an elusive pair of indoor cycling shoes, make sure you follow Jesse. He'll get you where you need to be 99.9% of the time. Here's to that 0.1%, Jesse! LOL ;-p

    <-( Heidi says ;-)
Jesse is not only a ton of fun, but he's really friendly too. He puts a lot of thought and effort into his events so that everyone has a good time. He's just one of those guys that everyone seems to be comfortable around.

    <-( Brijette says ;-)
Jesse played the most wonderful role of my host in Boston...even though he didn't know it ;) It was great spending time with him...He is one of the kindest and most warm hearted people and he is just the type of person who gives MeetIn both its reputation and legacy as a welcoming organization! THANK YOU JESSE!

    <-( Laura says ;-)
What can I say about Jesse but that he's just a great guy! Always making sure everyone is having fun, and raising the bar higher and higher with each new event! (If you wanna go to a really fun and creative event, go see this guy!) You never know where you'll run into him either (for example..you might be at the movies with family and suddenly...there's Jesse!;) Really an awesome friend! XOXO

    <-( Rob says ;-)
What can I say about Jesse that hasn't already been said? He knows how to host an event (I haven't had anything less than a blast when I've attended an event run by him), he knows how to party, and he knows how to have fun. What more could you ask for? Yeah, yeah, I know all of this has already been said before.

    <-( Khanh says ;-)
Jesse is awesome! I can't wait til his triumphant return to Austin in November for Meetin Convention - we're going to paint the town burnt orange! Yeehaw! Had the chance to hang w/ Jesse when he popped into Austin for a few days, such fun! Who knew he had such mad skatin' skillz? :P Jesse epitomizes what Meetin is all about - meeting new people and having a great time. Take care til we see ya again!

    <-( Richard says ;-)
You may call him a "master" or "superhero", but Jesse's secrets are very simple: contribution, compassion, community and courage! He strongly believes in what Meetin provides to us all and he contributes his unique talents to making it a phenomenal success. Three cheers to Jesse! HIP HIP Horray!

    <-( Jennifer says ;-)
Jesse was so wonderful to have around that we may just have to steal him and keep him in Austin! He's an excellent roller skater and put together a cool slide show... set to music! I enjoyed hanging out with him and hope he can come back in town on another Tuesday. We'll head out to the rink! :)

    <-( edward says ;-)
Sometimes, I believe Jesse has some superhero abilities such as being too many places at the same time. He rock climes, bungee jumps, swing dances, water rafts, wrestles with bears, throws great parties. He is every where you can imagine. If you look up a definition for to be "a social person" in the dictionary you'll find his picture next to it. great guy...

    <-( Maureen says ;-)
Jesse is MiB's master of fun! His events are always awesome! He's very friendly, a great sport (see photos of the FUNraiser---oh my!) & all-around good guy!

    <-( Ian says ;-)
Jesse's events are a blast. And he's into everything - volunteering at WGBH, scavenger hunts, hiking, restaurants, road trips, pub crawls, mini-golf tournaments, curling and more. And Jesse's just a great person to know. He's positive and upbeat with an unlimited supply of energy.

    <-( Ray D. says ;-)
If I'm the MiB photographer, you are the MiB pool shark.

    <-( Dave says ;-)
Jesse's events are the best. You are sure to have a great time. All of Jesse's events are fun and well thought out. If you want to have a great time and a barrel of laughs, Jesse is the man.

    <-( Stan says ;-)
Jesse made me feel very welcome last month at a Tavern on the Square event. I traveled from California to Boston not knowing a soul, so it was great meeting Jesse and all the MiB folks on a wet Friday night. I appreciate the hospitality and lavish attention. If you're ever out in San Jose, please let me know! :)

    <-( Adrienne says ;-)
Time to catch up on my testimonials: I've only met him once, but the first time I met Boston Jesse, he gave me (and everyone) a Christmas card, which I thought was cool of him! One point for Boston Jesse! Then I got an up close view of his camera.... 1,000 points to this cool cat!!!

    <-( Nathaniel says ;-)
You can tell by how many testimonials Jesse has that he is one awesome dude. I wish he would move to Philly so we could hang out more. I met him in Boston and he pasties like a Rock Star!! And lives to talk about it the next day. Can't wait to hang with you and the Boston meeps again

    <-( Jan Louis® says ;-)
I am wary of Jesse's card giving habits... when was the last time you saw a mooning Santa??? YEP - Wacky & Fun! .. much like Jesse! Your welcome anytime you want to come down to DC - We dont see you enough!!

    <-( Dave says ;-)

To all you peeps that know Jesse. Did you all know that he has a younger baby sister? Yeah me!! I didn't know my bro is such a crazy SOB :p with all these events!! Too bad, I'm in sunny (not so these days) and married in Northern Cali and have to miss all the fun that he's been planning in Boston. I miss my old hometown - Coolidge Corner, the best 'hood!!
