    About Me
I'm your all around, average guy. Quick to smile, slow to anger and generally just a jolly happy fellow. You can look up at my interests to see that they kind of run the gamut from the white collar braniac to the blue collar grease monkey. At least I’m never bored that way. I do have a retired race dog who’s quite a handful even if he is in the running for the title of “World’s Laziest dog.” Often he won’t even get up for food, I have to bring it to him. And I wonder who’s in charge of that relationship. I’m also kind of cheeky and love to laugh. You might not have noticed in the way I’m writing this thing so I thought maybe I should point it out. Just in case or something. Anyway, that’s enough for now. I’m sure I’ll expound upon myself later.
    Why I joined
Mostly because Teri told me I had too. Apparently this is a cool thing to do and she told me to do it. I do what Teri says. It seems to work. She hasn't beat me up yet! Teri will vouch for me. I paid her $5 too.
My Best MEETin event story ( please only fill in after you have been to an event )
Wow... so many storries... shot gunning beers backwards with Alex at the Bad Taste party... standing at Albertson's wondering if Spam comes in a bigger can (for the bad taste party), watching a drag queen flirt with some red faced guy at bingo, bowling two good games (for me) in a row... Some others that I'm not going to share here... video taping Wendy screaming obsenities at someone... it just goes on and on and on.

My first rule when starting a new job is to make friends with the IT staff because you never know when your work puter is gonna blow. Little did I know that member of that IT staff would become such a great friend. Dave is so much fun. He’s a great asset at the office and a lot of fun outside the office. He can fix my puter anytime. Dude! You rock!

    <-( Shelley says ;-)
Dave is one of the coolest friends a person can have. He’s so much fun to hang out with and if you ever need anything he doesn’t hesitate to offer help. Thanks to Dave I now have a better understanding of what ‘really good’ beer is, why Fluevogs are superior, and really cool steel artwork to name a few… and of course has GREAT parties!

    <-( Amber says ;-)
Uber cool fellow "guvmint" worker type. Dave is fun, throws great house parties w/ lots of food, and has a big ol' heart.

    <-( Derek says ;-)
IT expert by day, soccer stud by night. Dave is one of those folks who flies under the radar, yet is absolutely essential at getting things done in our group. He is reliable, resourceful and selfless. Despite the exterior of dependability, he still manages to be fun and unpredictable. How DOES he do it...

    <-( Heidi says ;-)
Super soccer stud that is what Dave is. :) Gotta love David. He is friendly and a good listner. He is one of my favorite email buddies.

    <-( Susie says ;-)
David is one of the sweetest guys! He has a great sense of humor and is a good listener. He got me hooked on 'Firefly', can't thank him enough for that! Glad to call him my friend :)

Even though David went to Capital, he's still an outstanding guy, in spite of going to CHS, which for most people can be a real handicap in life, but David seems to have coped well, and he's pretty cool about it, after many years of difficult and expensive therapy. We're so proud of your progress, David!

    <-( Brit says ;-)
I have so much in common with this guy, it's mildly frightening. I always enjoy chatting with him about welding, Invader Zim, and other obscure interests. He's hilarious and great to have as a member of MEETin!

    <-( Teri says ;-)
David is a super sweet guy with impeccable taste in beer. Glad to call him my buddy. I would vouch for him even if he had not paid me (but the money was nice- Thanks!) Nah, seriously GREAT GUY...glad to see him here....
