I enjoy Derek's cynical humor. He makes me laugh so much!  <-( Renea says ;-)
What can I say? This man has rocked my world! From the moment I met him I knew that he was going to be someone special in my life. He is just so much fun to be around and I can’t wait to get home in the evening and share the happenings of the day with him. He has, among other things, become my best friend. He is loyal, compassionate, funny, goofy, sensitive, patient, geeky, sweet, protective, and so much more. He is also most definitely a handful but this totally adds to his overall charm and keeps me on my toes. If you haven’t figured it out by now, I absolutely ADORE this guy. I can’t help it –he just makes it so darn easy.  <-( Valerie says ;-)
wow!! what can you say about Derek-what's not to say-the 1st time I met him was at a poker night on a short weekend home. until then I just saw alot of his blurbs & knew I had to meet this sarcastic man...anyway there's more to him than that-I really admire all of his talents, sense of humor & his smile. We don't know each that well, but there is always a big huge when we meet-up.  <-( Ann says ;-)
DEREK is a very friendly outgoing & overall great guy. And a great trivia player, thanks to Derek we almost placed, that's really good considering we started out in last place. :o)~ Derek is just the kind of person I hope to meet through MEETin. Know you'll always have friends and things to do while taking that wrong turn to Albuquerque (for us it turned out to be the RIGHT turn). Happy Trails to you, until we MEET again!  <-( Heidi says ;-)
Derek rocks. He is the nicest, sweetest man and very lucky at whipping out good hands in poker. I think he had another deck hidden under the table. He just travels too much and is very missed when he is away :)  <-( David says ;-)
Hey, what more can I say about Derek? Sure, he came to my house and rooted for the wrong football team. But he's still funny, cool and has a great outlook about all his traveling and looks forward to being unemployed. (Secretly I think that's his way of keeping the job.)  <-( Lynne says ;-)
I really enjoy being around Derek and miss him when he's traveling. He's fun to tease!  <-( Anne says ;-)
Derek! What more can you say. He is a suave and debonaire guy who can once saved me from sitting alone at my first solo event. Also he make his job seem interesting even if I still don't get it! He is a wonderful Meetin member who you can always rely on to have a smile on and a good time when he is around, which isn't enough lately!  <-( Maggie says ;-)
What?! I still haven't written this?! Well, here is what you need to know. Derek...what a great human being. He's cool,a leader, fun, funky, socially aware, and a people magnet. He's a gentleman, a giver, and terrific taste in music- Skynnard!. I love his wit and his generous spirit. It is my honor to write this testimonial about Derek. Really! Brit may be the first testimonial but definitely not the last. I don't mean to get all hallmark card of the week but as they say, "A friend is someone who dances with you in the sunlight, And walks with you in the shadows." He is one of those cool, open-hearted people that just make you laugh and feel great. He is wickedly funny and cool and one of those guys you want to have as a brother, not by blood, but by choice. How many times have I said "cool"? Exactly.  <-( Kelli says ;-)
Derek has a great sense of humor, very versatile and I think there must be an endless supply of energy there. Gotta respect a guy that WANTS to go to a parade (without a kid involved)! Who knows what his next event will be?  <-( Brit says ;-)
