The first Cooking Group event went off really well - we made fried ricotta, green bean salad with red onions, home-made pasta, with and without the machine, puttenesca sauce, green and red pestos (yum!) and a crostata al limone! And wine, lots of lovely wine.
It was a ton of fun - and we're doing it again soon with a Vegetarian Day at the end of the month. I want to do a baking day sometime soon, but perhaps well after the cookies sunday... (burp) But don't wait for an opening - create your OWN event! Come join the group, post your own event and open up your kitchen. Keep the numbers manageable, put everyone to work and you'll all have a blast!
