Hey - has anybody ever been to Jimmy Woo? Waiting in queues is my biggest pet peeve so I'm looking for ways to bypass this other than getting bottle service. I'm assuming this works like Vegas/Miami where you either have some code name, which is usually that of a drag queen, or you have to tip/bribe the gorilla at the door with the ear wig. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

I was there once as someone got me on the VIP list (have no clue how that happened though).
It was pretty much like any bar, except two bottles of cheap whiskey (Johnny Walker Red Label) cost 100 euro a bottle.
You do your own math :D

Hi,
I've been to that place plenty of times. I have to admit that on most normal nights, I do not think it is worth the effort. The attitude you perceive at the door is kept once inside. Not really nice. Sometimes, with special events it is worth it though.
The only way to avoid lines is getting on the guestlist (via a known promotor, booking agent, dj or something). There are no passwords and if you're going to bribe the doorguy you might as well get bottleservice.....
